ScholarshipHQ will never charge students an application fee on behalf of an official scholarship grantor.
By creating an account, browsing scholarship directories, subscribing to alert digests, or using any software tools on ScholarshipHQ ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
ScholarshipHQ is an educational discovery and application tracking platform designed to aggregate, index, and verify higher education funding, undergraduate bursaries, postgraduate fellowships, and international research grants.
Access to our searchable database, basic search filters, deadline tracking, and public comparison tools is provided completely free of charge to students worldwide.
When creating an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete academic and personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
ScholarshipHQ indexes and provides outbound links to external third-party websites (e.g., government ministries, university admissions departments, philanthropic foundations, and corporate CSR portals). We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or availability.
We offer optional paid subscription tiers ("ScholarshipHQ Plus" and "ScholarshipHQ Pro") for enhanced features such as AI Statement of Purpose reviews and instant WhatsApp alerts. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via authorized payment gateways (Paystack, Stripe). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
All original software code, UI designs, brand logos, proprietary database schemas, and editorial guidelines remain the exclusive intellectual property of ScholarshipHQ Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScholarshipHQ, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable international intellectual property treaties.
